ALABAMA 3 AND REEL NEWS

For the last month activist video collective ‘Reel News’ has been spending a lot of time with their old friends in Brixton's finest band - Alabama 3.
You might have seen some of the footage already on Alabama 3's You Tube channel - a series of interviews conducted in the run up to the release of 'Revolver Soul', footage shot at a live acoustic session for BBC Radio Cambridge, and some pieces shot on tour with the band on the Revolver Soul tour.
There is more footage on the Reel News You Tube channel including film shot at the Revolver Soul launch party, interviews with members of the band made backstage on the tour, and some more live tour footage.
You can also buy the latest Reel News DVD, which has 30 minutes of 'exclusive live footage and interviews from Brixton’s finest radical acidhouse country music band as they prepare to release their fabulous new album.' This comprises some of the pre-release interviews, the car trip to Cambridge and some of the BBC radio session, featured on our You Tube channel, plus live footage from the launch party.

ABOUT REEL NEWS:
‘REEL NEWS is an activist video collective, set up to publicise and
share information on inspirational campaigns and struggles - not just
in this country, but across the world. We are doing this through
producing a bi-monthly newsreel, made up of a number of videos short
enough to use in union and campaign meetings. Reel News is completely
independent and non-aligned. We are completely against sectarianism in
all its forms, anti-capitalist in outlook, against the anti-trade union
laws and in favour of mass collective action in the workplace and on
the streets to change society.’
